This Giveaway is sponsored by Edge Clear LLC, located at 325 W. Huron Street, Ste 600, Chicago, IL 60654, USA. Giveaway Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. A copy of your identification will be required in order to redeem prize(s). Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason.
No purchase is necessary to enter, nor will a purchase improve or increase a Participant’s chances of winning. Promotion Period begins on April 3rd, 2024, and ends on April 15th, 2024. This Promotional Giveaway will be available to all patrons by a single entry via the entry form above. Your entry number will be inserted into a raffle for the chance to win the grand prize of a 15’’ MacBook Air, along with five (5) winners receiving a small prize of a $100 gift card and a three (3) month subscription to EdgeProX. One (1) winner will be selected for the small prize at the end of each Live Stream, on the following dates: Apr 3, Apr 5, Apr 8, Apr 10 and Apr 12.
The Grand Prize Winner will be selected on April 15th at the end of the Live Stream. The odds of winning are based on the number of qualified unique entries at the time of drawing. Participants do not need to be present to win. If the winner for any of the prizes is not present they will be contacted via email or phone call and will have 24 hours to claim the prize before another participant has the chance to win that prize through an additional selection. If the email provided in your entry form is not valid, another participant can be chosen for that prize. No new entries will be added to the raffle after April 12 after 7:30 am CST.
Prizes are non-transferrable. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure. Promotion is subject to the laws of Illinois, United States.
Data provided by this form will be shared with the Sponsor, and will be used to deliver the prize and may be used for future outreach. Derivatives trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
